Feeding the Masses

Today I think I had a good idea what Jesus must have felt like when he had to feed the crowds with just some bread and fish.  Well except that I had chicken and mash potatoes.  Tonight we had the honor of feeding the Gadsden City football team at the church.  I am so amazed at how fast 300 peices of chicken can disappear.  This is one part of my job that I really enjoy.  I have fed the Southside football team breakfast and will feed Glencoes football team dinner in a few weeks.  We have such an outstanding food service team and they do such a wonderful job of preparing and moving the boys through the line.  I topped off the evening with devotion on leadership and integrity out of Psalm 15.

Tomorrow I will be speaking at Westbrook for chapel.  I always welcome the invitation to be in the schools and especially when I have the opportunity to speak.  I am going to be talking about temptation using the test out of James 1.  After I leave Westbrook I am going to go to Rainbow Middle because they have an awesome program that the students lead, and my students are involved in a drama.  I was in at Southside today for their Bible club.  It has been a few days filled with schools.  I love working in our schools it is really fulfilling.

Well I hope everyone is having a great week.  If any of you are looking for a good offensive coordinator job I know where there is an opening.

Have a great weekend.
