You would think that I would think of a more clever title for my blog posts. But being that this is day number 4 that is what you get. Today was the hardest day of the week. We worked real hard at the city park. Before Katrina the park employed 200 plus employees. Post Katrina there are only 60 employees and most of the them are a catering staff. The man we worked with today was hired just to be incharge of volunteer groups that are willing to come help.
Our students worked so hard I was extremely impressed and very proud of them. I have put together a slideshow video of the places that we have served. I hope that you enjoy it. Tomorrow is our free day we are planning on going to the WW2 museum for those who want to get up early, then to the zoo and finish in the French Quarter. I hope everyone has had a great week we look forward to seeing you all on Saturday.
I probably will not blog anymore till Saturday because we will be out all day tomorrow.
