Not to brag but today was a great day at school. I got back my test in New Testament and what do you know I made an A. That is the second A I have made on my tests in there. I may pull an A for the semester. That will be the first A I have made in a long time in my college career. My teacher talked like he was going to give a take home final too. I have always seemed to do better on take home tests. HAHA I wonder why. This semester is coming to an end and I have a lot of work to get done. I will have to buckle down these last few weeks and really put forth the effort to finish strong.
I have had a good last few days. Yesterday church was awesome. Pastor Randy did a great job Sunday. He was really on target. I feel there is a new sense of excitement running through MeadowBrook. I am looking forward to next Sunday because we are having an ice cream fellowship where everyone brings homemade ice cream. There are few things in life better than a good bowl of homemade ice cream. After church on Sunday I went to moms for lunch and then helped her do some things around the house. I had to put together a table for her which meant I put it in my truk and took it to Sams because he likes putting things together, and is very good at it. So I watched and handed him what he needed. I then spent the afternoon there while mom went to teach a class at the church.
When she came home we all went to her house for some pie. Just a typical old school Sunday. It was very relaxing. Well it was till I talked with Matt. I went to Coreys house where he was putting up a fence. He had to get back to Montgomery so he needed me to stay and help Matt finish the gate. So I spent the rest of the night handing Matt the tools and wood he needed to build a gate. It was a very humbling Saturday where I saw I am really not gifted at all for building things. I am probably the best that I know of though when it comes to moral support and passing the tools. There always needs to be that guy around though. I am a good for a laugh every now and then too.
Today I ate lunch with Amanda. She told me last week but I forgot that she is pregnant. We had a good lunch at the Fish Market there in Birmingham. Christian and Lindsey as well as John and Margaret are also having babies. It will prove to be a very busy rest of the year. I am excited for all of my buddies populating the world. I think they are all going to make fine parents, and I am sure I will make a great uncle to all of their children. It is easy to go home at night and never have to change a diaper. Sorry this was longer than usual just a lot to catch everyone up on. Hope everyone is having a great week.
Till Tomorrow…
O yeah what up with mboze.com pushing over the 2000 mark on hits. Thanks to all of my faithful who somehow find my life interesting. I have been trying to think of different things to do on here if you have any suggestions leave me a comment and if I can do it I will try my best.
