It has been a ridiculous amount of time since I have updated this blog. I have decided to try my best to get back into it and will try to make it more meaning full as well as try to update everyone with my life. Right now I am in the heat of school. Life right now is busy and there never seems to be enough time. I am however planning my first ever trip to Disney World in November. My dad and I are going to meet my sister and her family there. I am so excited about getting to go with them to Disney. Mattie is growing so much and has a great personality. Maryn is so cute and is a great baby. I just wish I could spend more time with them. Well I will do my best to make this at least a every other day thing. Hope all is well.
New Addition to the Family
I am sitting in my Systematic Theology class and decided to update my blog cause it has been forever. Seth has said something to me now like 6 times so if anyone is still reading here you go. This is a picture of Mattie Grace and my new niece Maryn Kate. They are so awesome. I am yet to meet Maryn because she was just worn last Wednesday. I am planning a trip to North Carolina next week. I have so much going on this week so I can not get away.
Things are good just been real busy. I have a big load in school this semester. I am so ready to finish school but it just seems to go on forever. I am planning on spending 2 weeks in New Orleans in May. this will stink but I will be able to get 2 classes out of the way. I just hope I can finish within the next 2 years.
Hope all is well I will try to do better with updating .

Long Four Weeks
Travel, travel, travel. That has been the make up of the last few weeks of my life. I started traveling to Dallas for Elams wedding. It was a good trip and I was glad that I was able to go and be a part of it. Corey and I flew into Dallas on a Friday and drove a couple of hours to Lantana Lodge in Pilot Point Texas. If you do not know where that is I am sorry there is no way I could ever explain it to you. I was just glad I had my GPS with me.
I got home from Dallas on a Monday and left with the staff of the church for a retreat to Destin on Wednesday. Randy decided to rent bikes one day so you will be proud to know that I rode a bike miles one day. I felt like a kid again except i remember the seat being way more comfortable, and it not being so hard to do. What happened to the day when I could ride a bike for hours and never get tired. Boy are they gone. Got back from Destin on Saturday and left for Gatlinburg with the family for Thanksgiving on Tuesday.
We did have a great time though. Allison Matt and Mattie met us there for the week. Sam Jenny and Seth came up and did the Thanksgiving break Bozeman style as well. We had a good time. Minus the part when Auburn (who played and excellent game) lost the Iron Bowl. I was proud of them though.
We came back Last Saturday and as i write this I am sitting in a Doubletree Hotel in Nashville Tenn. Dad and I are going to the Gaither homecoming Christmas Concert here Friday night. I bought him tickets for his 60th birthday. He loves the Gaithers and I love my pops so I came with him. We are going to do some touring around Nashville tomorrow so it should be pretty fun. I will be coming home on Saturday, and I am not planning on leaving again till I take the kids to Breakaway after Christmas. Well just wanted to catch everyone up on the Bozeman happenings, I know you were all so curious.

I stole this picture from my buddy Scott Kings facebook page. It is great to know that these guys exist. It is not the stereotyping it is real.

Are You Ready For Some Football

This is a picture of our new 55in Vizio LCD TV. It makes all the difference when watching a game in HD. College football Saturday takes on a whole new meaning.

Our Group is Bigger
Well we are back in the swing of things with college football being here. This weekend was so much fun. We scored a new 55in TV in the house and really put it through the ringer this past weekend as it was on all day long. We had a great Saturday with lots of friends, family, and food. The three F’s that make this time of year so great. It was such a great week we repeated the performance on Monday night. It was a holiday and there was football on so we all gathered back at the house for more food and football. I was able to grab a picture of the way we seem to be growing our small group of friends.

This is Myles Henderson and Asher Horton. They think I am the greatest incase you were wondering. Chad will be having a little girl soon so it should be fun to have a little girl over for college football Saturdays. Hope all is well.

Now For Fall
Well I went to my first High School football game last night. I guess that means that it is Fall. Normally this time of year slo0ws down for me. I am not sure how this fall has become so crazy. I was looking at the football schedule (Auburns) and noticed that I am going to be out of town or tied up for at least 7 games. I was a little disappointed. I have three weddings and three big trips out of town.
It has been such a busy last month but I have really enjoyed it. We had revival at the church and everything went great. I started my new semester of seminary and love my classes. I am taking a bit of a different type of class this semester. There is a lot of outside work that has to be done. One of my classes makes us share the Gospel with at least one person before we are allowed to come back into class. This is a challenge even though I am in ministry. There is something about just walking up to someone cold and talking to them about Jesus. Watchout everyone by the time this semester is over I am sure I will be way more bold.
Well I hope everyone is doing great.

Me and Mattie

Its been a while since I posted about my Niece. She is now three years old. We just celebrated her birthday last month. This picture was taken at her party. I think she was wearing the majority of her gifts. I am so proud of her and love her so much. Allison is expecting another baby too. I am looking forward to having a new niece or nephew.
I start school Monday. I am looking forward to getting back into the swing of things. I do better when my routine is the same. It has been so crazy I can hardly keep up with all I have to do. The Fall is going to be a busy time but I am looking forward to it. I have trips planned to New Orleans, Dallas, Charlotte, and Gatlinburg. I hope to squeeze in a few Auburn games if possible.
This week we are having Revival at MeadowBrook for our 50th anniversary. If you have time you should try to make one of the sermons. It kicks off Wednesday Night at 6 with Rick Burgess. We have services with different people all week at 6pm. Message me if you have any questions. Hope everyone is doing well.

Quick Trip To North Carolina
Well I had a couple of days to end the summer. I decided to drive up to Allisons for a couple nights. I have not been able to get up here as much as I have wanted the last couple of years. I will tell you one thing it is a good drive to Charlotte. By good I mean LONG. I hope these two days will just crawl by because I am not looking forward to the drive home. It is fun to have time to spend with Matt, Allison, and Mattie though. Hope everyone is having a great week.
